The free parking right outside the house was definitely a bonus, particularly in a town like Kirkwall where parking can be a challenge. the kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. the flat-screen TV in the sitting area provided entertainment when we wanted to relax after a day of exploring. The lack of pets on site and the no-smoking policy ensured a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. the presence of cots in the property made it family-friendly, catering to guests with young children. Overall, I found the property to offer a good balance of cost and luxury. the amenities provided were practical and convenient, while the location in the heart of Kirkwall made it a great base for exploring the area. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation option in Orkney.
